Sweet and easy! Cut-up
canned sweet potatoes are combined with apple pie filling, cinnamon,
walnuts, coconut, melted butter and topped with miniature marshmallows.

Potato Apple Dish
- 1 (28-ounce) can sweet
potatoes, drained and cut up
- 1 (21-ounce) can apple
pie filling
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
or pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded sweetened
coconut
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- Preheat oven to 350°F
(175°C).
- Combine sweet potatoes,
pie filling and cinnamon and pour into a greased, 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle
nuts and coconut evenly over top and drizzle with butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes; top
with marshmallows and bake for another
5 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted golden brown.
Serves 8.
