Rarebit and Grits Casserole
- 1 (11-ounce) package frozen
Welsh rarebit, defrosted*
1 cup quick-cooking grits, prepared according to package directions
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
- Preheat oven to 375°F
(190°C); grease 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Combine welsh rarebit,
grits, milk, green onions, eggs, butter and garlic in medium
bowl. Pour into prepared dish.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes
or until set and top is brown. Season with salt and black ground
pepper.
