This easy casserole is a great complement to grilled hamburgers and is a good way to use up some of the abundance of fresh zucchini from your garden! Round out your meal with tall, frosty glasses of Nestea and ice cream for dessert.

Zucchini Corn Casserole

2 packages STOUFFER'S® Corn Soufflé, defrosted according to package directions
1 pound zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup stuffing crumbs
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine corn soufflé, zucchini and onion in medium bowl; pour into 1-quart baking dish. Top with stuffing crumbs.
  3. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

Makes 6 servings.
