Appetizer
Broccoli Soup
- 2 (10-ounce) packages
frozen chopped broccoli
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup half-and-half
2 cups milk
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaves
Dash of pepper
- Cook broccoli according
to package directions. Drain.
- Add soup, half-and-half,
milk, wine, butter and seasonings to broccoli.
- Heat and serve.
