Easy Corn Chowder

No recipe image available.Cream-style corn and frozen diced hash browns put the 'easy' in this hearty corn chowder.

Recipe Ingredients:

6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
2 (17-ounce) cans cream-style corn
4 cups milk
3 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes
3 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in heavy medium saucepan.
  2. Simmer over medium heat until soup is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
