Easy ground beef and white
bean soup with tomatoes and onion.

Bean Pot Soup
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 (14.5-ounce) cans white beans, drained and rinsed
4 cups whole tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 cup chopped onion
4 beef boullion cubes
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
8 cups tomato juice
- Brown ground beef; drain to remove fat.
Combine browned beef in large kettle with beans, tomatoes, onion,
bouillon cubes, bay leaf, and sugar. Stir in tomato juice; bring
to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
