1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups half-and-half (light cream)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, half-and-half, lemon juice, and chopped mint. Mix well and chill before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
