Simple Corn Chowder
"Rich and easy corn chowder." Recipe submitted by Valerie Graves of Olympia, Washington.
1 (15-ounce) can sweet corn, drained
1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 (10.75-ounce) cans chicken broth
1 cup uncooked noodles
- Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan, add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Boil for 10 minutes stirring occasionally, then simmer for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
Makes 8 servings.
