Warm up with this ground pork chili. Serve with tortilla chips and carrot sticks on the side and chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Winter White Chili

1 pound lean ground pork
1 medium onion, diced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 (16-ounce) can white beans, drained
1 (14-ounce) can corn, drained
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies
  1. In large saucepan, brown pork with onion, stir in cumin and chili powder; stir. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until heated through and flavors are blended.
