Oriental Turkey Cutlets

1 pound turkey cutlets or tenders
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
Hot cooked rice for accompaniment
- In a small bowl stir together vinegar, soy sauce, honey and hot sauce; marinate turkey for 1 hour. Drain, but save liquid.
- Drain turkey, but save liquid. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add cutlets and brown about 2 minutes on each side.
- Add marinade liquid and cook covered for 10 minutes until meat is done and reaches internal temperature of 160°F (71.1°C).
- Uncover and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve with rice.
